- Prime Filet - served with maitre d' hotel butter and cotton onions.
- Beef Wellington – In red wine demi glaze.
- Veal Pomodor – Sauteed veal with tomato, shallot and herb sauce sprinkled with parmigiana sauce.
- Cajun Duck – Duck breast pan seared and sprinkled with a Cajun cream sauce.
